Advisory service

Get clearer about what needs to change.

Octonify Advisory helps organizations understand operational and decision problems before they commit to a new system, process change or technology investment.

We look at how the work happens, which information people rely on and what is making it difficult to get the outcome they need. Then we help clarify the priorities and practical options.

Advisory starts with a real operational question.

Teams may be working from different versions of the same information. Reports may be difficult to trust. A workflow may depend on repeated follow-up, or ownership may become unclear as work moves between people and systems.

Advisory helps you examine these situations and determine whether the underlying issue relates to the workflow, information, systems, responsibilities or a combination of factors.

Questions we can help clarify

We examine only the questions relevant to the problem.

  1. Which information is needed for an important operational or management decision?

  2. Where do reports or metrics give people conflicting views?

  3. Which parts of a workflow create delay, duplication or uncertainty?

  4. What should be improved before you invest in a new system?

  5. Is Automation appropriate for the workflow and its exceptions?

  6. Would AI offer a clear advantage over a simpler approach?

  7. What is the smallest useful step to test before making a larger commitment?

Primary entry offer

Digital & Decision Audit

A focused assessment when the problem is clear but the next step is not.

The Digital & Decision Audit is Octonify’s primary entry offer. It focuses on one defined operational or decision problem, normally covering no more than one or two closely related workflows.

The Audit reviews relevant workflows, information, systems and responsibilities. It gives the person accountable for the problem a prioritized view of findings and a practical recommendation for what to do next.

What the work may lead to

Recommendations depend on the findings. Sometimes no immediate technology change is needed.

  • Clearer workflow or ownership

  • Improved reporting

  • Focused data work

  • System configuration

  • A small pilot

  • A tailored digital Solution

  • Further Advisory

  • No immediate technology change

How we work

  1. Define the question

Agree on the problem, scope, people involved and the outcome that matters.

  2. Understand the current work

Review relevant workflows, information, reports, systems and responsibilities with the people who know the operation.

  3. Identify priorities

Separate supported findings from assumptions and hypotheses. Clarify what deserves attention first.

  4. Decide on a practical next step

Recommend an intervention proportionate to the evidence, readiness and risk. Where uncertainty is high, a small test may be more useful than a larger commitment.

Who Advisory is for

Octonify’s initial commercial focus is medium-sized organizations in Sweden. The strongest fit is where information, decisions or work cross several teams, systems or locations and the current picture is difficult to trust or act on.

If you already know the required intervention and need implementation, you may be able to discuss a suitable Solution directly. An Audit is useful when the problem or appropriate next step still needs to be understood.

Start with the situation you need to understand.

Use the Self-Assessment to describe one operational or decision problem. Octonify reviews the context to assess whether a focused Audit is suitable.
